Objectives & Services

The Kashmiri Hindu Global Cultural Center (KHGCC) shall:

Be organized and operated as a tax-exempt non-profit organization, as per Section 501(c)3 of the IRS.

Provide the Kashmiri Hindu community at the local, national, and international levels, a cultural hub for social, educational, spiritual, recreational, and religious activities.

Be available to hold events such as: community functions, individual family events, weddings, graduation parties, youth-organized events, children-centric activities, and senior citizen-focused events.

Provide a venue for seminars and classes to: a) impart cultural and scientific education and facilitate professional networking, and b) focus on promoting intercultural harmony, tolerance, goodwill, and understanding.

House rare Kashmiri heritage-linked literature, e.g., Kashmiri Shaivism texts, and Kashmiri artifacts.

Provide facilities for students and scholars to conduct research on the history, culture, and spiritual heritage of Kashmiri Hindus.
